Warren's is always a comfort at the shore. Good food. Relaxing family almost diner atmosphere. Good service. Not badly priced. Food is fresh and warm and large portions. And I've noticed over the years they've added some things for dietary restrictions (ie gluten free). And all their desserts are awesome.

A great place for breakfast, they are pet friendly (outdoor eating), which was nice.
The owners/managers even came out to welcome our pup and offer her some water.
Service was good/kind. Food was great. As someone who recently needs gluten free items, they have GF French toast, which was nice to see.
When we return to OC/Delaware area, we will definitely be back.
