The rice is NOT gluten free. The server seemed to feel bad when he told us but they no longer seem to have an allergen menu available. If you want sushi rolls and have a gluten intolerance or allergy not the place to go.

They have a list of Gluten free ingredients but its not incorporated into the menu, so not a quick easy order but they help you figure it out and the food was good so I would recommend it.
