Water's Table-Renton Restaurant

As Hyatt Globalists, we had breakfast at Waters Table and again, had a wonderful experience for our celiac son. Our server pointed out that the potatoes would have cross contamination and they substituted with GF toast, which they toasted separately in the oven specifically to avoid cross contact. The kitchen was very aware of cross contamination! Very impressed overall!

Water’s Table at the Lake Wa Hyatt Regency was en excellent experience for our celiac son. The server asked if we had any allergies and then followed up to understand if it was a sensitivity or celiac. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the menu. Both the salmon dish and shrimp risotto were labeled gluten free on the menu. As a celiac family - we will definitely be back!
