I found the Water St. Cafe through posts on the Find Me Gluten Free app. They're brunch menu is delightful! I'm delighted to find #glutenfree offerings beyond #gf buns and salads with grilled chicken. The dulce de leche waffle is always gluten free, and there is special gluten free gnocci and gluten free pasta. I did not remember to ask about kitchen protocols for cross contamination, because I'm GFNC, rather than having #celiac disease. Husband has the chicken sandwich (not GF) that was very good as well Bonus for location for tourists: you're right across the street from the Steam Clock.
