Waterford's Family Restaurant

My partner and I recently had a big celebration at Waterford's (about 120 people) for a Saturday night from 5 pm - 9 pm. From the planning stages to the night of the party, everyone at Waterford's was incredible. Shawna was kind, communicative, and professional through the whole process. And Diane was so helpful with working with us to find the right entertainment for the event. We reserved the space two months ahead of time and Shawna was a pleasure to work with in planning the menu and the different components of the event. A few days before the event, Shawna called to check in and make sure everything was okay. She even asked some important questions I had not thought of (e.g., whether anyone at our party had any specific alcohol preferences she may not have thought of). Also, several people at our party were highly gluten sensitive and Shawna made sure to cook some of the food with the highest of gluten precautions. She even made a separate section for the gluten free food. On the night of the event, my partner and I arrived early and everyone at Waterford's was so helpful. The place looked amazing. All the tables had white table cloths and beautiful flowers designed by Shawna. The beautiful design was appreciated by all, and it made the environment welcoming to people of all ages. Attendees ranged in age from teenageers to people in their 70s. Overall, the event exceeded our expectations. Everyone commented on the delicious appetizers (cheese, crackers, fruit) and dinner (steak tips, chicken parm, pasta, roasted potatoes, salad). And the service was great. It was a magical night where our loved ones could gather and celebrate. Everyone at Waterford's helped make that happen by cultivating an upbeat and positive vibe. We ended up having a DJ and a bunch of us danced by the side of the bar for a couple of hours. Everyone had a blast! A special shout out to Shawna and her husband for closing the restaurant down for the four hours during our party, and for being open to extending the party another hour because everyone was having so much fun!
