Waterside Inn

First there was no indication on how to order, eventually realised it was an app. Waited for 30 mins for drinks and 1 hour for food and when some came it was not gluten free as ordered and also another tables food came to us too. I overheard that another table had wrong food sent to them also. All these problems and the staff were not helpful at all, and all they had to say was that the app that we used was “messing up” which felt like a lie. The staff looked like they had no idea what they were doing and were running around just trying to find tables half the time. The food was not amazing either, and did not feel the worth of an hour wait. Went to the toilet at one point and it was disgusting. There was even blood on one of the toilets.

Great menu and some brilliant offers, staff were very polite and helpful. There is gluten free menu. Kids meals are great value. You can order another bar or using the green king app which is very simple. Great visit.
