If you are staying at the Homestead, you MUST eat at the Waterwheel. It’s just wonderful. Every time we go there, we have the most fantastic meal. Fresh, beautifully prepared, locally sourced foods. Thoughtful, delicious meals paired with a wonderful selection of wines in a beautiful setting with attentive and knowledgeable staff. Absolutely worthy of wandering away from the Homestead for a special meal off property. I highly recommend this restaurant based on several visits over a number of years. Gluten free diners will be extremely pleased with their options.
