Went to Wawa Caribbean Restaurant for lunch today. Everything was fantastic. Service was great and restaurant was clean. The food was amazing. The server noticed I had a Celiac cookbook with me and told me she can adjust meals to make gf. I had the oxtail soup with rice/beans and plantains. The oxtail was cooked to perfection, ready to come right off the bone without being over cooked and the broth was perfection. I also had a papaya smoothie with my lunch and it was delicious, not too sweet but just sweet enough.
