Wayback Burgers

This place rules. Apparently it’s a franchise but this is the only Wayback Burger place I’ve been to. They have gluten free buns at this location only. Burgers so good. They put a good amount of pickles on the burger. The fryer is a gamble if you’re not eating gluten but the burgers I feel confident eating.

My experience was poor. I spent $23 for two burgers and fries, no drinks and the food was cold and not very good. I was told the food would be delivered outside to my car. I waited 30 minutes and finally went back inside and my order was sitting there cold. I asked why I was told it would be brought out to the car and not followed through. I got snobby looks and was told rudely to have a good day. Poor customer service and food. To think I left a tip thinking my food would be brought to me like I was told left me feeling very disappointing. I will be calling the manager for reimbursement as I through the food out. The gluten free bun was hard and dry on ends as well.
