The food truck that’s part of The Brewing Co has nearly all gluten free options, and ONLY gf fryers. The gf burgers were incredible!

Cant express how appreciative I am to be able to go somewhere and have a choice of some top notch gluten reduced beer on tap. It may seem like a very trivial thing for 99% of people but this is one of few places I can experience this, and it means a lot to me.
There are also some great GF food choices, with the wings being the best gluten free wings I've ever had. Very much love the vibes from the team at the food truck, these guys always exuberate happiness.
