Ordered garlic soup. My wife said the croutins tasted strange, I tried one and it definitely tasted like mold. The waitress called and complained. Shortly later the soup came back, comment: “These are herbs”. I then tried again and, after seeing the distinct taste of mold again, took photos to enlarge them. The mold spores are clearly visible. Only after another complaint was the soup taken back. Sure, mistakes can happen. But to claim that they are herbs after a complaint is simply not worthy of a Gault Millau award-winning establishment. The day of skiing was over 2 hours after dinner. Both back in the valley with diarrhea.
Addendum to the owner's comment:
It was not a vegan order, but gluten-free. I doubt that you serve 40 of these a day and make fresh gluten-free croutins and would be pleased to see the proof along with your ad. I certainly don't need to tell you that serving spoiled food is assault. I reserve the right to report. I can also see your accusation of obtaining benefits by fraud as slander, as the soup was returned uneaten. I don't know what invitation you're talking about. We will be happy to use your debit as evidence in the proceedings you are threatening. The invoice for the charcoal tablets purchased in the valley, which significantly exceed the price of the soup, can also be submitted as Exhibit B.
P.S. Your general approach to negative comments speaks volumes and hopefully is not a general reflection of the quality of your home.
Addendum to comment 2:
Of course, we ordered gluten-free and the soup is still excellent on your GF menu. We also asked your waitress whether the croutins were GF. She then briefly went to the kitchen and came back with “Of course.” If you have used croutins that are not gluten-free despite ordering and asking, we will be liable for intentional bodily harm on your part. A message about this will be sent out to the catering association in the next few days.
P.P.S. After you write about INVITATION in your comment, I still expect the invoice amount to be refunded.
P.P.P.S. After deleting your first two comments, here is a screenshot for the readers.
Of course, your false statement regarding the invitation still exists. I will send my experiences with your restaurant and your false declaration to the Gastro Association and the WKO in an affidavit.
