The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Breakfast was tasty and included a gluten-free option, which is important as my husband has a gluten allergy. Unfortunately, when we arrived for breakfast around 9:30 AM, most of the gluten-free items had already run out, which was quite disappointing.
The room was acceptable, though it did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. Additionally, the spa was unavailable during our stay due to maintenance work—something that was not clearly stated on the booking site.
Another unexpected inconvenience was that access to the swimming pool required an additional fee, which again was not clearly mentioned in the hotel description.
Overall, while there were some positives, the experience did not match what one would expect from a 5-star establishment (not even a 4-star one)
