Order almost every Friday and they are always hot and fresh. I won't take away a star for missing hot mustard here and there lol. My wife is also gluten free and is able to get many items.

Best Hot and Sour Soup of my life! (I did not ask if it was gluten free. I prefer to lalalalala over that where hot and sour soup is concerned.) Great perk: They have lunch specials until 4pm. Hot tea is free if you ask for it.
Baby corn comes in their Beef and Vegetable! (Not every restaurant actually cooks with them in their dishes but its my favorite part.)
Tastes great, service is so sweet and accommodating. Again... I did not ask about gluten free. I am usually better about that but I really wanted to eat in Palmer....
