First of all, I have nothing to complain about the food I ate. I enjoyed it very much.
Allergies are clearly indicated in the restaurant. Each dish has a sign with the allergens on which you can check whether you can eat it. I couldn't find much on the internet in advance about how this is arranged. However, it did say on the website that the chef would be happy to help you if you have a food allergy.
Unfortunately, this went less smoothly when baking salmon. I indicated that I should eat gluten and lactose free, but the cook did not understand me because he could not speak Dutch (I think).
This is a bit inconvenient when people indicate their allergies and all kinds of things are thrown over the salmon.
In addition, it was ridiculously busy and therefore very difficult to find someone to ask your questions. I was more concerned with turning plates than eating 😅
