First time experiencing the live band. Fantastic singers and musicians. Ordered the Roasted ATLANTIC BLUE Cod @ $38++ New Zealand Blue Cod, Pomegranate Squid & Coriander Salsa, Grilled Radicchio, Melanzane Yoghurt Sauce, interesting dish. Served with vegetables and some pomegranate arils. The dark sauce is tangy, with dusty strains of its ingredients and slightly bitter. The dessert (the ice cream and cookie company's Gourmet Ice Cream Vegan Sandwich) was amazing, dark chocolate cake that is vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free. The methodology used for the ice-cream reminds one of the older ice-creams where frost appears on the surface after scooping out a bite. As I was on crutches, the staff were kind to pull out a rattan chair. After seated, one of the staff, Eric, saw the uncomfortable gap between the chair and my back. He kindly slotted two cushions to bridge the gap for a better seat. Thank you.
