Whisk & Grind

I’ve been a couple of times and really like it there. I have celiac disease and they have a lot of terrific gluten free options. Their gluten free pancakes are terrific and huge. And the cheese eggs are yummy. Definitely my new favorite breakfast spot.

The staff here is incredible. I have celiac disease and it is so challenging to eat out and even sometimes go to the grocery store without feeling so defeated. The staff here have been so kind about my disease and go above and beyond! Also the cheesy scrambled egg on gluten free toast is absolute heaven (kudos to the cook). People with food allergies are not always approached with kindness and Whisky and Grind Merritt Island is the example of treating people equally without making them feel indifferent.
