Whiskey Joe's | Pensacola Beach

I have been here quite a few times and each time has been pleasant. The service is always good and the food as well. Each time I come I make sure to let our server know I have a gluten allergy and also an oyster allergy. They have GF marked next to their Gluten Free items which I love and, in my experience, the servers are knowledgeable. Yesterday, our server was Bethany and she took extra precaution for me and noted all allergies to the kitchen and took very good care of us. I feel very confident when I come in here. I had the ribs, (jr size,) and they fell off the bone, I ate them with a fork they were so tender. My daughter just wanted a side caesar salad and said it was delicious. The restaurants along Pensacola Beach are some of the best but Whiskey Joes is my FAVE!

Don’t trust the menu. It says gluten free on many items, but the waitress said it’s actually gluten friendly, whatever that means. It’s not even gluten friendly, so they should remove that wording from the menu completely. It’s misleading and it caused my wife to have a severe reaction. The food tasted good, but they seated us in an area that wasn’t very breezy outside when there was an alternate area. One person said we could sit out there with the better breeze but another person said that we had to go where they seat us. I’m not sure I would recommend this place to anyone.
