Whit's Frozen Custard of Westchase, FL

I'm gluten and dairy intolerant so I'm always looking for new ice cream places to try that support my dietary needs. I came here after seeing on the website that they offer coconut milk and oat milk based options, however there was no indication on different types of flavors so I figured I would ask once there. Upon arriving I was told the only vegan options they had were in cups in their freezer. They had four flavors available: strawberry, cookies and cream, peppermint, and vanilla. There were no oat milk options which was extremely disappointing. I opted for the strawberry and after opening, it looked like the cup had been melted and refrozen at least 10 times. It was impossible to eat with a plastic spoon and was not good at all. For my vegan friends out there, save your money and time and head to Brusters instead!
