Ate at their in hotel restaurant, Ledges. The food was good and the wait staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They do, however, falsely advertise their extent of gluten free offerings. They only have a shared fryer, meaning half of their "gluten free" menu items are not at all gluten free for anyone who actually is medically affected by gluten. According to the wait staff, this has been brought to their attention and they refuse to change their menu identification, and they are comfortable risking making certain people very sick.
