White Hart

Popped in for a few drinks and lunch with friends, staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, couldn’t fault it and there were lots of choices even for me, a coeliac. Thank you so much to the team for such a great experience!

I phoned the white Hart today as we had just came back from a weekend away and it is my birthday today. Bearing in mind I had left phoning til an hour before, when I called the lady on the phone was so helpful. She went and reserved us a table under the name 'Happy Birthday' as I hadn't given her my name. The pub had a brilliant atmosphere and was very christmassy with twinkling lights and music playing. The food was very good and I would especially recommend the mixed grill which my husband and son had. There was a varied menu including a lighter bites, gluten free and snack range. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we got there, all of the staff were lovely but the lady behind the bar who reserved the table for us stood out (sorry I didn't get her name). This is the second time we have been in here and we will definitely be returning. Thanks for making a tired and hungry birthday girl after travelling so happy!
