So I never want to talk poorly about a 100% celiac bakery, but I’m not a fan. I got the chocolate pie (big chocolate fan) and it was too chocolatey even for me. I also tried the cranberry lemon cheesecake and it was alright but the crust was very wet. I enjoyed the meringue I bought. The expiration date is more than 3 months from now. (It’s December 23 and the expiration date is March 18th) When I go to a bakery, I would want something fresher baked. Just seems a little odd for me.

We had the chocolate cake with raspberry sauce. As per directions, we wanted it on the dense side and served it cold— we thought it was perfection. It was fine for serving the next day too. Am ordering again for a special occasion. We have also had the pavlova with fruit sauce. I was hesitant to get it because I could have made it at home. I was relieved to not have to fuss or worry about cross contamination for gluten free friends. It, too, was delicious.
