Update - as you can see below they messaged me asking for a chance to make things right. I reached out to that email address and asked them if they could identify the Gluten Free burger by looking at the packages. No response.
I also received a phone call from the manager Zac. Who also also asked for the chance to make it right. He also told me that he wrote up the server who packed our order and threatened to fire her. I told her that wasn't necessary and unless he could identify the Gluten Free burger in my photo he shouldn't throw his staff under the bus like that.
Ordered the brisket burger special to go for myself and my girlfriend. She has a SEVERE gluten allergy. We were told that gluten free was no problem. Order was packed up in two separate bags and we were told the gluten free option was in the bag with the sticker. Get home and my bag doesn't have a burger in it at all. Just fries and a salad. Her bag has two burgers in it. No idea which is the gluten free one. If they can't get the order packed up correctly, how do we know they didn't cross contaminate in other ways. So we spent $60 to not have a meal.
