As a person with celiac disease I am familiar with having limited options in a restaurant. At white spot, however, there were so few truly gluten free options, I was tempted to just leave after working my way through the menu. I understand this is my problem, not theirs, however, I think white spot should consider more than one fryer- one for fries and sweet potato fries, and another for all your breaded options. As it was, I had a lettuce wrapped burger with a side salad. Unfortunately, the meat patty was dry and cold inside a mountain of lettuce. So I enjoyed a nice dinner of fresh lettuce and a few vegetables for almost $20, while the patty could have been so much better.
