Whole Foods Market

I’m not sure what happened to this location. I used to love it but here are the good and not so good: Not so good: the hot bar and salad bar has been condensed and they do not replenish proteins, i spent an hour shopping and prayed maybe they would restock the hot bar since there was literally no protein options outside of that now sad salad bar—nope nothing changed even though there was zero protein options available. Grain/granola/nuts pay per pound station: zero bags UNavailable and only one pen worked to write the plu number (thankfully the lady before me had asked for the bags from the manager —this something that should always be stocked and pens should be usable) Checkout: worst experience ever, I’m checking out the lady was super nice UNTIL she flagged the manager to complain about another patron, meanwhile ignoring me and the question I asked (I’m hearing capable but am hearing impaired and it made me feel so anxiety filled to try to interrupt her complaints to her manager for me to ask did my code work —upon my fourth ask and third time interrupting her patron complaining did she say no it didn’t—sooooo i would have likely lost out on all of my savings bc the inappropriate timing of her complaints about a patron she serviced before me) The good: The freezer section has great options for people with celiac

I was disappointed to make the drive to this location only to find that certain items shown to be in-store and in-stock were in fact discontinued. But the cookie bar had gluten free amaretti cookies, which offered a little bit of consolation.
