Excellent place to shop for gluten free

Always clean, but for a grocery store that has catered to gluten free and organic food items, I was disappointed in the lack of prepared gluten free items when we stopped in to grab a quick bite. Asking the bakery clerk if there were any gluten free options, we were directed to organic vegan breads (which were not gluten free). It seems like a little more training might be needed for staff.
