Busy and not a lot of gluten free options at the hot bar

I am happy to drive 20min to this location as they have ample parking and it is hardly ever crowded in the store. Most items are well-stocked; although they need more gluten-free options. Only negative is that some of the staff are unfriendly (seafood area) and one or two cashiers don’t even say hello and thank you. I put that in management and poor training. Perhaps it’s a pay issues.
