I get that gluten free is a bit much, but could you at least cook it enough to melt the cheese? The people that got regular pizza said that it was great at least.

Great pizza! Crust was thin with a nice crunch, but still a little fluffy. Not over cooked. Decent sauce. Would love it if they added more seasoning to the sauce or a garlic rub on the crust, but that's personal preference.
My partner got a gluten free crust and had no reactions from cross contamination like we've had issues with at other pizza places.
