Found this place randomly and I’m so glad I stopped. They have so many gluten friendly options. If cross contamination in an issue maybe not but if it isn’t definitely try this place. Everything is made in house too. I got the everything bagel breakfast sandwich and a pumpkin roll and it was absolutely delicious! Plus the customer service is top notch. I will be back

We haven’t actually been in the store yet, but I felt I had to leave a review for whoever the lovely lady was that answered the phone today. I called to ask what gluten-free flour they use, as often it’s almond flour and my husband has a nut allergy. Unfortunately for us, it is almond flour, but she was so patient and kind in explaining all the options and how we could easily place an order using coconut flour via Facebook or instagram. I will definitely be trying that in the future! Thank you!

First time in and Omg I was so happy to see a case of gf keto options. As someone who struggles with dietary issues and food allergies, I was excited to try something new. The beautiful lady behind the counter showed me my options. So much to choose from! I picked a churro cheesecake, a red velvet cupcake and for my family, an orange and cream cupcake and a maple bacon. Holy vow, delicious and surprisingly filling, because of the almond flour. I don't feel guilty eating it either because of the keto ingredients. Pric a were good in my opinion. I'll definitely be back, especially when I was told they will have gf pumpkin pie in the near future! Perfect for my holiday get togethers. Being able to feel safe eating out with my health struggles means everything to me. Wonderful conversation with the employee and an education on their ingredients and precautions to avoid cross contamination. Tjaml for making my gluten free heart happy!
