Delicious cuisine and attentive staff. People with celiac disease are in good hands here, as the issue of gluten intolerance is understood and dealt with competently. One star deduction: When it is very full, it is quite loud in the restaurant and "disrupts" the overall positive impression.

Great breakfast with local products, an opportunity to squeeze fresh juice and gluten-free products (homemade!) are also available. Clean hotel, nice employees. We'd love to come back!
