This is our first time here and we will definitely coming back. Lovely atmosphere and warm staff.Only rated food 4 stars as I'm gluten free and would love too see more options ,but the cod I had with chorizo was fantastic compliments to the chef. Would off loved to have had the sticky toffee pudding as my friends did and it looked amazing. But thank you for a lovely meal.

What a lovely place to sit a while, eat and drink.
The staff were friendly, the food was tasty, well presented, good value, homely and delicious.
And it was especially good to be catered for safely as we're gluten and dairy free.
We only spent 48 hours in Lincoln, we tried a few different establishments and the Wig and Mitre was our stand out favourite. We just kept gravitating back.
