I had the perfect gluten-free Italian sausage, banana pepper, mushroom and olive pizza. I requested that it be crispy but not burned and they cooked it perfectly.
Pete, the server is a real gentleman from a bygone era. The decor takes you back to the wild west. I was surprised to see that they even had a bar with beer and wine as well as some vintage pinball machines.

The best pizza place I've been to! I love how they take care to make sure that the gluten free crust is truly gluten free! The toppings are so fresh, that it never feels like "fast food." After I eat there, I feel like I just ate homemade food!
