Great Jem in the heart of new Plymouth! Amazing customer service along with beautiful coffees and great food. Huge selection which caters to all food restrictions/preferences the waiters and chefs have great knowledge on all their meals and are always happy to help me with my food preference being keto along with a gluten intolerance and go out of their way everytime to serve a great meal that fits into this category along with being super tasty everytime. Love the food and that they cater for some very specific dietary needs. We have a family member on a gluten, dairy, corn, rice, refined sugar free diet. You'd think it hard to eat out, but not here! The service was wonderful and the food tasty. They have a great loyalty program also. Each time I go we get free coffee, or smoothies, among other things... Thank you!
