Wild Swan at Mandoon Estate

Congratulations to all the staff, service, chefs, everyone. We were so very impressed. A quiet, elegant restaurant with professional, friendly, considerate serving staff that were generous with their time and wine tastings and the food was incredible. I can not believe we haven't eaten here before. Note to the chef, 5 stars for asking about the carb count and offering gluten free. Very attentive. Your cooking was delightful.

Had the tasting menu and wine pairing with my husband and 2 friends. Cannot fault the service, the food and the wine. I am coeliac but had no issues with the menu and even had freshly made GF rolls. The waiting staff were extremely knowledgeable on the food and wine and explained each course in detail. Excellent use of native ingredients will definitely be back.
