Really enjoyed a lovely coffee and pancake stack. Gluten free options available and staff were very knowledgeable and friendly.

Avoid if Gluten Intolerant / Celiac. Visited end of May'25, Staff were nice enough, very busy around lunchtime. My Daughter has suspected celiac, we're in the process of getting her tested since Feb'25. We were told my daughters order may of contained gluten due to using only 1 pan for ALL pancakes. This is after she's scoffed the whole plate thinking she was gonna be safe, well we were'nt happy to say the least. So ten minutes later what starts happening, bloated, lethargic, nausea. Put a dampener on her day to say the least. We won't be going back due to distance but even if we did visit inverness again, we won't be going back due to this place simply not honouring a basic Gluten-free promise. Apart from this occurence, everybody else's food was lovely. Just a shame.

So disappointed with this venue today. Normally feel safe here for GF. Waitress obviously not aware how dangerous allergies are. She served us with our order of Gluten free pancakes to the wrong customer!!!! We had to call her back to confirm which was which. Even then she wasn't entirely sure. So glad GF ones have seed through them or goodness knows how ill the Gluten Free person would have been. On paying the bill the waitress asked if we had enjoyed pancakes. GF person replied I'll have to wait and see if I've been glutened before I can answer that. Waitress just laughed. Obviously not aware of the damage her carelessness could have caused and how ill the Gluten free person could be as a result. This is a place which specifies GF on the menu so should know better. I'm not one to revert to social media for things like this, but can't contact the company from their Facebook page or find any other way to contact them, so feel this is the only option. Perhaps owners will see and retrain staff
