This place has a fantastic selection of gluten-free products, which is what initially drew us in. The menu is impressive, and it’s clear a lot of thought has gone into catering for dietary needs.
Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the service. Despite only two other tables being occupied, the food took a long time to arrive. The staff seemed uninterested, unfriendly, and frankly looked like they were just going through the motions.
In a café or artisan bakery, the atmosphere and energy of the staff are just as important as the food. A smile and some enthusiasm go a long way, and sadly, that was missing here.
Overall, great gluten-free choices—but service and attitude need serious improvement to make it a place worth returning to.
