Wilder's Cutting Edge Bistro

We are out of towners that happened to stumble into this restaurant. What attracted us is the fact they have a gluten free menu, which is important to me having celiacs. The waitress shared that the items in red on the menu are ones the chef has won awards for. The food was AMAZING! I had the pulled pork, and brisket with the slaw, and potato salad. My husband had the ribs. We kept carrying on about how good the food is. This place is worth a stop! Thank you for having a gluten free menu. PS- the chocolate old fashioneds were a hit as well!

Very little gluten free options. No gluten free buns. Service was slow and my chips didn't come until I was done eating. Until there are more gluten free options, we won't be back.
