Wildfire Pizza

This is one of the best pizzas, if not THE best, I've had in many years. The crust was perfectly crispy, the cheese melty, and the pepperoni was cupped the way it does in the really hot, wood fired ovens. They only make 12" pizzas and we each got a different one. There are only 3 SMALL tables inside but we put the boxes in our laps and each ate 1/2 of our respective pizzas right there. It was wonderful! My gluten intolerant friend got the cauliflower crust and gave me a bite; I was pleasantly surprised. I might even order that next time so Ican claim I ate my veggies! It was ready really fast and the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. They yell is that they get really busy for dinner so I recommend going for lunch.

Great custom handmade pizza, less than 3 minutes after order. Crust is crisp, toppings are high quality. Customer service is excellent and very helpful. Gluten-free crust ( Cauliflower) was a hit with grandsons.
