Willard Hicks Campbell

I wanted to love this restaurant and was looking forward to eating here. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the location is great, which is why it's such a shame that the food is terrible. It's like they know they have those two components down so there's no effort with the food. I'll never eat here again. We ordered our food and waited almost an hour for the meal to arrive. Meat was ordered medium and arrived rare, ribs were dry and hard to cut through (despite being told they'd fall off the bone), was explicit with the wait staff that our burger needed to be gluten free so we ordered it without fries and bun, waitress marked it gluten allergy. Burger arrived with fries, which are not gluten free, on the plate. So if you have celiac disease, don't eat here. We were a large party so I can slightly understand the longer wait for our food, but based on what came out I'm really at a loss. To add insult to injury right before the meal arrived the wait staff came and removed a bunch of our silverware that we had not used, and it looked to me like they put it back in bins to use on other tables. Kinda gross that cutlery that had been sitting at our table with us (mind you there were kids at the table too) would be reused? This could be a great restaurant if any care was put on the food. It's extremely overpriced as it is.
