Went to Wind for the first time today. It’s awesome that they have a gluten-free menu and sort out the gluten free options on the tablet! However, in order to get the items gluten-free, you must call over a server, so they can make a note to the kitchen that those items that you ordered on the tablet were gluten-free.
It was a little bit of a learning curve after a couple of (minute) errors. Maybe it was all a misunderstanding from the get-go, but most importantly, their food was fresh and the quality of all of the items was great.
After talking with some of the wait staff and a manager, this restaurant does have hopes of ordering/notifying the gluten-free options easier. I’m very happy that they have a gluten-free menu with good food in the first place, and hope to come back soon!
