The gluten free crust was gummy and undercooked. I did like the dairy free cheese used. Try baking crust until lightly browned then add toppings and finish baking. Maybe it will help with gumminess.

Ordered during spring break. Had a big cheese (16in) that went over well with the young ones.
We also ordered a 10in supreme and a 10in gluten and dairy free pie (no cheese on gluten free crust) and garlic knots (a fav for many).
Without a doubt the BEST gluten free crust i have ever had. Incredible: soft, flavor, gooey.
