Wow, y'all. I've been gluten-free for a decade and this is honestly the best gluten-free pizza crust I've had. This isn't the cauliflower crust, it's a rice flour dough and it's incredible. Just make sure they cook it *all the way* cause the first time it came out quite done. But man, was it crispy and had a great 'chew'! The texture of the crust was on point!
