Exceptional paella ciega. Been here after many research where eating a gluten free paella, the staff was really knowledgeable about coeliac disease and very careful to prepare our dishes. A must place to eat if you are in Palma

In town, from UK, for wedding planning. One of our party is Gluten Free, she asked a staff member if any of the menu was GF and they replied yes. They then even had the manager come over and double down on the reassurance. All were very attentive and incredibly amenable. The manager advised that nearly every dish can be prepared GF, not just leaving a limited menu for our guest. The food was lovely, particularly the prawns. I had the pork Secreto, was lovely and not something i normally go for. The menu is the right lenght, not minimal but also not oversubscribing itself. You will definitely find something you like. The wine selection is comprehensive and excellent. We were a party of 4 out for an evening meal of tapas and mains. Will certainly return when next in the city.
