Wings and Rings

We go here every week for our family dinner. The staff are always so sweet- Marco, one of the managers is always welcoming and amazing to us. We absolutely love the staff, food and over all great experience weekly. We also have many food allergies in the family (mom has gluten allergy, I don't eat meat) they always make sure the food is correct and we never have issues with the orders being wrong. We love it here!

There were really two major issues with the food that will keep us from every returning. So that's 3+ strikes. 1) for acting like adding buffalo sauce is the same thing as adding medium heat (it completely changes the flavor... and is certainly not what I wanted to order when I asked for Thai Chili sauce medium). And then insisting that the menu says that all heat is done via buffalo sauce (photo included, it doesnt) 2) for not delivering the item we specifically asked, nor informing us that a change was being made (Substituting lemon pepper sauce to lemon pepper dry one... the later says on the menu it is not GF... which we specifically said we needed for a Celiac patron). Again, notice how the menu says one is GF and the other doesn't have that marking. 3) For acting like this was all my fault or the fault of corporate and only offering me to remake my wings as I was trying to leave the restaurant. 3+) Frankly even if the sauce was right, it wasn't anything I'd crave (like a very similar sauce at BWW that I love). Likewise, even if he hadn't been poisoned, my son said that his wings didn't taste good (again, unlike the GF lemon pepper wings at BWW). So even if they had not messed up, this would have been a 3 star for food quality.
