Really good selection of veggies and meat to add to your own unique concoction. Staff was very friendly and helpful with questions. I’m celiac and everything is gluten free, aside from one of the noodles and the sauces not made by the restaurant. The staff said they would clean down everything if needed, however I was the first customer when they opened for the day so no cleaning needed. I went for a spice level of medium and it still packed quite a punch. Would recommend to anyone and it is a good option for anyone with a gluten allergy.
