I was in town for business and looked everywhere for an authentic cheesesteak with a gluten free roll…found it! This was just enough off the beaten path that traffic was not too crazy, and this is clearly a local place where they have regulars. However, I felt very welcome and it was an easy pick up. My online order was fulfilled correctly, and it was pretty good. I could only eat half, as it was HUGE…my only complaint is that I wish there had been more meat for the bun. I got lots of flavor, but I’ll know to pay extra for more meat next time, and to have extra toasting on the GF bun. They just fall apart. Yes, it was $20 for a hoagie, but I would have been very full with half. They seem like nice people in my one interaction, and I would go back!
