There are many gorgeous and fantastic restaurants, bars and coffee spots in the Nordstrom tower but Wolf is the crowning jewel. Chef Crystal and her team create such amazing dishes that it was honestly one of the best meals of my entire life and I am a foodie for sure. The dishes are small on purpose so get a bunch and try them all. We started with the Artisanal Baguette because I don't understand why that butter is so amazing. The Little Gem Salad is a symphony. The pasta is made in house so you can't so wrong but the Cacio E Pepe is simple perfection and the Rigatoni is phenomenal. As if that wasn't enough the desserts are to die for. Their staff is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They have a fabulous wine and cocktail menu as well as mocktails that enjoy. Make a reservation and prepare to indulge. Don't miss their happy hour currently from 3-6 on weekdays. Gluten free and allergy friendly.
