I ordered a chicken sandwich on a gluten-free wrap. They didn’t tell me they were charging me for this even after I paid. They wouldn’t make an exception and they were so rude. I just don’t know why people can’t be nicer?

The menu is misleading. It advertises gluten-free options and allows customers to specify their allergies, suggesting they are equipped to make suitable substitutions. However, this wasn't the case. It wasn't until I picked up my order that they informed me otherwise and then I had to wait for my order to be done. Like, you have my email and phone number, why not call so I don’t have to wait any longer than I need to? Better yet, why not fix your online menu so it’s not misleading?
