Had to write a review for wood fired, from my friends and I order last night. Although delivery seemed a long time we put it down to complications on how we ordered it through apps and what not. Arrived really hot, however had an item missing and some mixed up items. But my review comes from the kindest, understanding and compassionate response when I called to just ask where a missing desert pizza was... it was sent out instantly. Seemed to Also be a little incident with one of the pizzas that everything had slid off, which I explained to them, just so they knew, but never asked for a replacement I was happy enough to scrape it from the box and wack it on. However they rocked back up within 15 minutes with a replacement and missing items. The pizzas were lush, chips and sides were great, salted caramel gluten free cannoli game changer..... food has always been good. But I wanted to highlight the professionalism and kindness, although it wasn't a compliant or request for a replacement, they did it anyway stating it shouldn't happen. Just a small act of kindness and clearly professionalism within a business with high standards. Thank you from me and the girls. Xxx
