Wood Ranch

So delicious, great service, great food! A ton of gluten free options as well. Came here during a trip with my family and we were all very impressed with our meals.

This place was amazing. My wife and I were down in San Diego and we were looking for a barbecue place and Wood Ranch came up. While I wanted to try their actual barbecue I saw someone's burger and thought it looked delicious so I went with that. Such a thoughtfully made Burger. The Patty was thick and flavorful it was a little overcooked to be honest, but it's still was moist and tasted so good. The seasoning was just kind of perfect on it and then the dinner rolls that came out beforehand were essentially large garlic knots and they were so delicious. Buttery and garlicky, just a perfect addition to it all. My wife got the tri-tip steak and bad thing was just juicy and the fats were all cooked to perfection. Additionally, my wife has a gluten allergy and their menu had so many options for her and she was ecstatic, even a dessert option that came in the form of this super rich and dense chocolate cake that we both enjoyed thoroughly . The service was great as well and our server was rewarded for that.
