Wooden Paddle in La Grange is such a vibe! The food is amazing, great cocktail menu (delicious mocktails, too!) and great for food allergies. My friend who is gluten and dairy free says Wooden Paddle has the best gluten free pizza crust ever! Their house made cashew ricotta cheese is delicious! The aesthetic and decor is dark and moody and eclectic. You seriously can’t go wrong with anything on the menu - my faves are the duck ragu, buzzkill pizza, Brie bites and they have one of the best espresso martinis ever! It’s also wonderful they use no seeds oils! Highly recommend 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The new Wooden Paddle in La Grange is an absolute must-visit! The vibe is amazing—warm, inviting, and perfect for a night out with friends or family. While they’re known for their incredible pizza, we were blown away by the entire menu. The appetizers and entrées were outstanding, especially the short ribs, which were melt-in-your-mouth delicious. As someone with celiac disease, I was thrilled with their gluten-free options. They even have a designated oven just for gluten-free pizzas, so there’s no risk of cross-contamination—such a rare and appreciated level of care! It’s the perfect spot to go as a group and share plates, making the experience even more fun. And the Fire & Ice cocktail? Absolutely next level! Make sure to save room for dessert—the espresso crème brûlée was to die for. Can’t wait to go back!
